Interview Questions: Asked & Answered
What is a weakness you’re working on?
I don’t love downtime. I prefer to stay busy and useful, but I have learned to use slower moments to plan ahead or clean things up behind the scenes.
How do you handle confidential information?
I have always understood the importance of keeping things private and secure, especially in jobs where sensitive information comes with the territory.

When I worked in a law enforcement setting, I handled things like restraining orders, warrants, people's demographics, case information and other sensitive paperwork, and I made sure it was always stored properly and never discussed outside of work.

In my own small business, I had to protect children's personal information and photos, and I took that responsibility seriously.

At Aetna, I had access to HR-related documents and payroll info, and I never repeated anything that wasn’t mine to share, not even with coworkers I was close with.
How do you handle learning new things?
I actually like learning new things. I might not know it right away, but I will ask questions, look it up, or try it out until I get it. I am not afraid to say, “Hey, I have never done this before. I might need some help.”
How do you stay organized when handling lots of files or requests?
I am naturally organized, and I don’t like letting anything fall through the cracks. I rely on checklists, digital folders, color coding, and clear naming systems to keep track of things, whether it is physical files, shared drives, or incoming requests. If I get a bunch of tasks at once, I just take a second to prioritize, figure out what is time-sensitive, and make a plan. I like knowing where everything is and being able to find it fast.
